Island Events created a relaxed event for a group that included families. Picnic tables, giant games, market-style fare, a s’mores station, dance band, photo booth, and even a high-powered telescope and a professional astronomer for families to stargaze together made it a special indoor-outdoor event for all ages.

Pacific Aviation Museum

Travel back in time with Island Events to the 1940’s Hawaii, a very dramatic time in American history! We designed this afternoon affair with an unexpected twist. Contrasting the somber backdrop of WWII fighter jets, clipper planes, and vintage helicopters in vintage military colors with a modern, bright palette of linens and florals, we created a unique experience that was as uplifting as it was steeped in history.

Oceanfront Luau

Luau means a feast in the Hawaiian language. Island Events’ created a beachfront luau at Four Seasons Hualalai on the island of Hawaii. Ka’upulehu, where the resort stands today, was once an ancient fishing village where the Hawaiian ancestors were able to sustain life using the natural resources so abundantly available. An exceptional performance of traditional Polynesian dances entertained guests as they feasted on locally-sourced Hawaiian fare with the ocean waves breaking on the shore in the background of this stunning location.

Dinner on the USS Missouri

Experience history, make memories.
